General Information and Meeting Notes

Our meeting dates are all on the Calendar.  All meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of every month in Room 410 of the High School, unless there are conflicts with concerts.  During the off-season, we meet at 7:00 p.m.  During band season, we meet at 6:00 p.m.  Be sure to check the date and time on the home page, NEWS page, or Calendar before heading out to the high school.  

The Executive Board meets the first Wednesday of every month, and these meetings are open to the general membership.
